I purchased iPhone in last month march. Product description new item but I am received already used item. And mobile are damaged. So I want to return in March 18. Today April 6. At this time my money isn't refunded. eBay customer service not satisfied for me. Everyday I called eBay customer service but one person talked with tomorrow our team will be contacted. But I no more phone calls in eBay side. We are cheating me. Plz provide a better solution solve my problem with in 24 hrs. My demand draft sent me with in 2 days . My problem is solved tq
