My Item found broken

My item has been found broken , i contacted to seller after raising claim but still seller " kapil228 " did not replaced my item .
I am loosing my faith on online shopping with ebay where buyer concern is not been taken on priority . it is taking lots of time around 20 days spent now and still I am chasing for it , there is no strict rule for seller.
