My DUSSERA-2011 free gift not received yet.

Dear seema madam,
I am posting it for the 4th time.
.
I had made a purchase(ITEM: 330617630194) on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 11:49 AM, via paisapay(PAISAPAY ID:30056353547) for a total amount of Rs. 8,400.00 using State Bank of India online bank transfer and eBay gift voucher / promotion code EBAYDUSS03.
Since i had made payments via paisapay, i was eligible to choose a free gift from ebay as a part of their DUSSERA offer, and I opted for a philips web cam(promotion code EBAYDUSS03). But i have not received my free gift yet. Pls respond.

I am also facing the same issue me and my cousin has done the purchase of Nokia C2-06 and opted for Scull Kandy Headphone but the same is not received till today.
