Dear eBay,

The customer stradivariuss kindly agreed to withdraw the -ve feedback for the item number 230121162651. But he does not have my previous mail to withdraw the feedback. Please help him to withdraw the feedback.

When i tried to send one more time, it does not allow from the following form.

Please take this as urgent issue and reply me. Thanks for your kind help.

Thanks a lot. It worked and i am back to 100% club after a big struggle.

To eBay Safety and Security Team :

This buyer left -ve feedback on us for a missing shipment in transit (It is not our mistake.....We trust some one that he is going to deliver our item and we pay for that). With out contacting us this new buyer left us -ve feedback, that is not justified. If we are fraud or not communicating or not helping buyer he can always do that. I hope eBay will do something to rescue the good sellers. Or you can ask a reason from buyer why he is leaving negative feedback before hand like the one before ending an item it is asking the seller reason why we are end the listing with 4 options. If he chooses item not received as one of them, direct them to communicate with seller or open dispute and request for shipping proof and communicate with us. If he is a new buyer, please ask them communicate with us 3 times before they take feedback decision. Because we PowerSellers always very helpful and make sure any buyer will not affected for any reason.

I hope the security team will take some steps to prevent this kind of disasters for a good seller. Because we do many sacrifices to be in 100% +ve Elite club, we need some respect for that.

Anyway... eBay is always fun.

Dear Snrama,

Thanks, i hope you are not joking with me by congratulating 200'th feedback. For 100 feedbacks we have a reason to celebrate, because we get 3 digit figure in feedbacks, plus will get PowerSeller status. But 200 feedback, i am not sure we have something special. By the time i reach 1000 you will have 10000 & suiting star. ๐Ÿ™‚

By receiving your congratulations, I remember a small joke now. I used to sell Baby dress sets, i closed that shop now. A customer from Bihar ordered a Dress set and told me to send her as quickly as possible, because her baby is going to celebrate third monthly Birthday. This not Lalooji joke, real one.

I hope this not the same logic celebrating 200+ ?.
