Mr Kunal Joshi from paisa pay has refunded my 3200 rupees

Hi

I am power seller on ebay from last 4 years and have more then 4900 positive feedbacks.Today around 1pm mr Kunal joshi(Paisa pay) called me and refunded my 3200 rupees and he dont want to hear anything from me.he dont know how to talk with sellers.I told him that i have proof of dispatch but still he dont want to hear anything.

i have shipped the item on 2/8/11 but however the buyer is not received the product yet and Mr Kunal Joshi dont want to help me.

i am very disappointed from paisa pay 😞

Dear Vinod (traserworld),

Really its sad to hear such things from you. Really a worst things are going on eBay day by day. Buyers are leaving unfair neautrals, negative. CRF now operational through Fake jury's. No one is able to help to sellers.

Really I am also thinking same to close account and go to another shopping portal as there are many portals are now in market.

This guy dont know how to talk with salers. I told him that i am busy please call me after 1 hour and he replied that "Sir aap please phone receive karna" like i have not received his phone calls X-(
