I believe that more transparency is required. I am new comer to Ebay and purchased two items. Both are really bad expereince to me.
I purchased a crystal cover for my mobile samsung e250. Rs 115+ 30 = Rs 145. I paid thinking that the item will be of good qulaity . I received the item and it was nice and gave agood feed back also. But to my horror I found that it started cracking. I sent mail to the seller. One good thingw was that he agreed send another piece incase I purchase some other item from him in the next 2-3 days. In the mean timeI found that similar quality item is available at my place itself for Rs 20/-
In the second instant, I got the data cable for my mobile samsung e250. I was happy that i gotthe item in 2 days and it worked for few hours. But then it was working intermittently. I sent mail to the seller but there was no response.I found that the cable used was very poor quality. I finally has to give a negative feed back.
Based on these I am afraid to take another item through ebay
I think it is time that we realize that Quality is very important and we should not try to rob our customers like this as ultimately we will loose business
