Hi Team,

I had made a purchase of 9300 Rs. on 21/07/10 and had entered the gift code as MONSOON006 which is for Iball Bluetooth Mouse. But I have not yet received the same.

Please inform me when I would get the product?

I had made a purchase a mobile last week, but till date I didn't receive the Mansoon Gift. And the important issue is Battery is not withstanding for one day.

hey guys dont worry about gift.. they will send u for sure but with little delay.. as gifts are not from the seller side so it takes time 🙂 earlier I got my gift with little delay

I am confirming the receipt of my Monsoon Magic gift(HP 2GB pen drive) from eBay.It's great to see the gift within the time limit mentioned in the thread.

That's good to learn... I got a call yesterday from eBay asking if I've received my gift or not. So, guess I can expect mine to reach next week.

Mee to agree with you. Now a days every buyer got a habit for asking a gift after making purchase. If the gifts are from eBay then also they will consider it is from seller and due to non receipt of gift they take revenge at a time of giving DSR and while leaving feedback's.

eBay please look into it.

No one has mentioned that buyers expect it from sellers. If the case you've mentioned with u, then you should politely suggest the buyer to contact eBay directly.
