@ eBay Product Team:
If there is a technical issue with Payment Gateway, why not eBay product team is resolving it on Priority ?
I saw many threads over Community with this same complaint from many many buyers everyday even.
If solved, it will make customer's experience better and will avoid hassles for customer and will keep him/her secure about their money using online transactions.
Suppose someone who is very new to ONLINE Shopping making Payments Online for the very first time and this all error in transaction occurs with him/her due to payment Gateway glitches, i really don't think he/she will ever prefer to buy online again

So, its really a MUST requirement to resolve this issue asap.
