I purchase an Item "foot pump - air filling device in tyres" from this selller bolilagao on 26th July 2011 , he did offer a free gift delivered with my order if i leave him a +ve feedback before shipping of the item, i did not do that
I got the delivery on 30th July 2011 at 5:45 PM, since i was not home the delivery guy asked for cash on delivery, and the house ladies did it...
I feel the seller "bolilagao" knew abt the inferior services about the courier company "EXPRESSIT" and hence offered free gift along witht he purchased item in exchange of +ve feedback from buyer first
