it was 02th December i tried buying a dell laptop(inspiron 15R) worth 40801rs but that time the money of 40801 has been taken away from my account but EBAY says

I was shocked,
i contacted the customer care number immediately, they said this is called as missing transaction and my money will b nothing happens.wen wil u send my money back or lapop
