Respected sir, I vivek sharma, C/O. Mr. Subhash dey, i183, 2nd floor, gali no.15, gadhwali mohalla, laxmi nagar, delhi-92 purchased mobile of micromax model a60 through ebay india, invoice no. 9147, on 12jan. 2012. On may 9 2012 I faced touchscreen problem. I rushed at nearest service center of micromax who gave me job sheet and said to come after 10 days, after 9 days I reached they gave me my phone back after service. Again on 5 june 2012 I faced same problem with right push key problem, now this time they sent me other service center. Again they kept my phone against job work &told to come after 8 days. I reached & collected my mobile. on 19 jun 2012 I faced sound problem & on 22 Jun again touch screen. Although I can summit this time again for maintenance. But due to again and again services my all data, sms & schedules are erased & i face problems. I can't use my phone properly.
