Messages : Copy of the customer message/reply is not comming.

Dear eBay Team,

When i send reply to the customer message, or when i write to a customer, i always check the button to get a copy of the same message. It is not working from past 3 days, and not sending a copy to me.

Please check and fix this issue.

I am facing a problem too ! I am not getting the copy on my email of some of the ebay messages . I need to refresh the page to check if there is some unread message .

Here is the update 🙂

We have checked at our end and the messages are going as a copy to the registered email address. The function is working fine. However if the problem persists do let us know on this thread.

I'd also reuest you to clear your cache and cookies of your internet browser.

Just now i tried to reply to a customer, it is send me a copy. I mean working fine now. Probably your team fixed now. Past 3 days, not working.

For your general information, this has nothing to do with cookies, reply mails, we have to receive in our email Inbox (for me Gmail.com), eBay should send automatically after our reply.

I am currently having the same problem with not receiving any ebay email messages. I have Verizon Fios using Outlook Express. Have checked and address is not blocked and everything seems ok with all other domains.

Indraneelji, I am not receiving my SMSs from eBay on my AIrtel Cell. Since 20th Feb 2009 not a single SMS has been received.
This problem is old and also been reported in the forums.
My earlier cell was Reliance and there was this issue of SMS and I changed it to Airtel nos, things were OK for sometime but then since past 15 days there is no SMS at all from eBay.
Requesting you to please escalate this issue to your technical team.

Hey guess what,I'm not receiving ebay

it's been months and I finaly had a
computer tech come and look at my
computer the other day and he can't
find a problem either.
