Member id bestdealsvijay is Cheater Cheater Cheater he provide me false shipping detail and told me to give positive feedback, on first time he picked my phone and then he never picked my phone from same number. yesterday when i called him from other mobile no then he picked the phone and told me sorry i forgot to send Ur product i will ship the product by tomorrow i told him when u had not shipped the product then y u had given me false shipping detail then the seller has no answer i want refund of my money and on his feedback also all buyer had written he is a Cheater i do not know y eBay is keeping such seller on his site or this is a group of eBay only to make money

But y u eBay people do this kind of mistakes after 15 day i will get my refund and we have to follow-up after paying higher amount this is not worth place now this seller is call me and sending me sms kindly cancel the refund request i am shipping the product what i do now this idiots seller has wasted my coupon also.

well i have seen many a buyers calling sellers idiots here openly in the forum or on feedbacks. other words used are fraud, worst seller etc.

i would only submit that no one has any right to use derogatory language against anyone. i am sure 99.9% people will never dare to say so face to face. the anonymity of identity should not be used to belittle others. as the founding principle of ebay says " we believe all people are basically good people"

especially if you can see the seller has been consistently been able to meet the commitments, if he has failed to do so in ur case, it must be out of some extraordinary circumstances, since there is nothing to gain for him from troubling u in any way, more so since he doesnt even know u personally...

its a humble request, one should avoid such words. it can demoralise a person who is putting sincere efforts but at time may face situations where he is not able to meet the commitments

jasmine_collections I thing u r from sellers community u do not know how seller has lies me when 1st time i called him, after 6 to 7 days when i had not received the product then i call him he never picked my phone from same number. Now this seller (bestdealsvijay) has wasted by coupon who will pay for that i know u r right but i have we have to keep follow-up after paying.

All my transaction is done the item post also not delete, but when i email to the seller he told me that the item post was deleted by ebay due to Copyright proglem how can i claim to refund the payment that i have made by Paisapay any one can help me plesss
