BUT NOW WHEN I TRY TO REDEEM MY GIFT IT SAYS YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND GUIDE ME HOW TO REDEEM MY GIFT

my gift is also pending,I've purchased a plasma tv under the moonsoon offer on 30th of june and have claimed for the gift before 14ht july. till date i've not received the gift nor any response from ebay till date.
