Looks Ebay has no other Concrete work in hand

Ebay in recent times have been removing the active listings for very flimsy reasons.

This has been going from last 3 months. This has been very troublesome for the sellers.

The concerned authorities should very seriously look into this matter.

But, generally speaking, I think they are maybe being extra careful so as to reduce the number of complaints and build up buyer's trust. It might be similar to what Paypal did when it was a new player. The instances of false positives were high because the fraud-detection systems were turned to the max. Although it caused inconvenience to some, it created a lot of trust among users of Paypal.

If you read these forums, then you know that there are a lot of cases nowadays where buyers are not satisfied and are feeling cheated.

I totally agree with navkar_collections.one bidder without putting bid,contacted me over phone negotiating to very less price also requested to pre close the auction in his favour if he put bid. On my refusal, he challenged that I would not sell the item in Ebay if I do not agree. The listing was 7 days. on 6th day, the listing fetched 5 times high price than his offer price. The list was to end within 5 hours.
Suddenly I received notice from ebay cancelling my list.
I was shocked and more worried. After seeing the list cancelled, the challenged bidder, phoned to me that he has made the list cancelled. Just black mailed ..... he utilised EBAY as his tool. This is the fate of seller.

Ebay may consider to issue a notice to seller with time frame to modify listing,by forwarding the nature of complaint so that the seller may avoid such mistake in future. ebay ID-vijaysree747(vijayasri72@gmail.com)

I AGREE WITH the bhushan.mehta and vijaysree...
ebay also removed my listings ....i think ebay should give pre notice to seller with time frame to modify listing....

I came to know that INRS team has now come to India. But still guys sellers should be given a warning before having their listings send to trash. I got 2 listings down in 24 Hrs just couple of days back...
A prior notice will help sellers a lot..
