Hey All,
Im, really sorry to make such an statement about this all but please tell me is there anyone who is actually reading all complaints or doing anything atall about all of this... Well Im not sure coz all i can see is more questions and complaints than solutions. So as a small step, I wann to list out all the possible BAD TRANSACTIONS on the ebay. Please add on if ya one poor customer who finds in this situation.
My Case.
I ordered for Two watchs on the ebay to a seller called SonicIndia, I have paied thru online transaction and did the payment immdiately and have the confirmation no. of the same, but the delivery was made with only one watch, and till date I have not recived my other watch for which I have paid in full. the payment was made on 29th Sep. The Seller is not picking up his phone, he is not replying to my mails and neither have the dispute console helped me out.
How to go about it. Its not the matter of money that bothers me... but the very thing of being cheated by some dumbshit is all thats eating me alive...

Dear Vijay A,
hello,
ebay is a vast Ocean with millions of fishes.
Which FISH is spoiling the water is difficult to sort out.
This is because millions of transactions are taking place and the platform is provided by ebay.
ebay has a foolproof protection programme where ebay protects all Buyer for upto Rs.10,000.
So, you don't have to worry if you have been cheated because ultimately if you follow the right path, you would get back your money.
Although it may take some time.
Just follow the following steps to get a claim...
Step 1: Complete the Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described Dispute Process
Step 2: Fill out and submit the online Standard Purchase Protection Program claim form
Step 3: Submit proof of payment
Step 4: Submit Letter of Authenticity (if applicable)
For details of these steps you can click the following link.
http://pages.ebay.in/help/tp/esppp-process.html
Just make sure that you are eligible for claim and follow the process as guided in the Protection programme.
regards
