Link for redeeming Independence Day offer not there yet?

Offer was extended by three days so i thought link will appear after two/three days link was supposed to be up by 20Aug.When will it be on site?

i see a lot of posts sayng that ebay is not giving away gifts. it is just a hoax.. people are posting they havent received their gifts evn within 4 months. Vry sad ebay.
if its true then its a real disgrace.
