i cant get a refund, i bought a ring on ebay and paid with paisa pay, the seller told me to return the ring for a refund since it was not as described, so i did, and now i cant get a refund. i have called paisa pay phone number 1-800-222-0288 and i cant get thru to the number, how do i get in touch with them for a refund?
