Launching Soon - PaisaPay Phone Support

Hi, this is Vasundhara Bhonsle, Head - Customer Support Team. My team and I work to ensure that in case you need any help or support from eBay, we are there for your assistance.

As Rajan Mehra had mentioned in his 2007 plans, one of the key priorities for our team has been to make the site simpler and more convenient for our buyers and sellers. Today I am here to update you about some exciting changes to PaisaPay Customer Support.

PaisaPay is arguably the most convenient and popular mode of payment on eBay India. To help improve your experience your PaisaPay experience, we shall be soon launching Phone based Customer Support for all your PaisaPay transactions. By providing your PaisaPay id, you will be able to get help on any query related to your PaisaPay transaction.

I shall be bringing you more details on the same once the service is launched on site. Till then to get help on your PaisaPay transaction, please feel free to use our Customer Support resources. If you have any questions related to PaisaPay Phone Support, please feel free to post on this thread. I shall be monitoring the thread closely and will be happy to answer any questions regarding PaisaPay Phone Support.

nice effort. the existing paisa pay query system is impersonal & a wee bit tedious. getting an access thru phone will certainly improve matters. good luck

Following up on the earlier post, it gives me immense pleasure to announce the launch of Phone support for Paisapay.

The toll free number to call is 1800 22 0288.

Any Buyer or a seller can reach us on this number, Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The members who wish to contact us through this number will need to keep their Paisapay Transaction id in hand to proceed with the call. We hope to achieve a milestone with this launch and look forward to your support and best wishes.

We will shortly communicate another number that our members can reach from Mobiles and fixed wireless phones.

i have paid money through paisa pay and purchased items through ebay..after 8 days i got a mail that my payment has been rejectd.....its nt fair...i need to ship the items urgently.....the money has been dedudted from my account on the same day...urgent reply needed
