Dear Ebay

I am having very low sale i.e. 1 in last 2 days. I think there is some issue with the website. Earlier also the saem case was there about 2.5 or 2 months ago when so many sellers complaint for low sales in past 1 week. Pl check if there is some issue. I had a very good sale for 4 days before that and suddenly its like nobody is buying on ebay.

I checked the completed listings in the categories you usually list and found sales to be good.

i have tried to buy one item 5 times. First 4 times the payment gateway is not connected, and 5th time amount is deducted from my account. there is nothing shown in my purchase history. All of this happen in last 3 days ... Please somebody tell where should i report this ..

Ebay customer care sucks.

Why do you think buyers will still want to come to ebay ?

I now use ebay as my last resort to buy an item when I can't find it elsewhere.

i think the problem is resolved now.

sale are low due to vacation period.
buyer are going for a holiday so that y i feel and many time buyer call us and say he cant pay for the item
