I have ordered bobbi brown foundation from US and have not received yet and it has been more than 2 months and the seller is also not at all cooperative hence I would request you to refund my amount ASAP. Below I have mentioned the tracking number. Tracking number-LK057514820US

Its not the seller's or eBays fault. As its an shipment from USA to India, it may have been retained by Customs Dept. in India. Call up your nearest Indiapost Foreign Post Office and give them the tracking number and they will let you know what to do to get your shipment. Its stuck there at the post office for the last 2 months.

I called up and spole to the person at post office but they dont have any details hence they told me to contact ebay or seller for the dispatch number as they dont have any details for ordinary parcels. I dont think am gonna get my item hence please asssit in refunding the amount asap
