Upto item specification its ok that I have mentioned it from manufacturer website.
after that, where the item condition & others(1-year manufacturer warranty +Bill & etc.)

what crap, you have to mention item condition and warranty terms anyway.
I am sure if possible you would like someone else to do that also for you (read copy).
Why don't you people make your own listings and have it watermarked. Take some trouble, you people like to be spoon fed all throughout your life is it. The easy way out.
