Today only after almost 2 Months my partial gift arrived.
Received the Philips DVD Player in good condition by First flight courier.
But still haven't received the additional gift: Trannscend 32GB pen drive yet.
And to my surprise I received No SMS, No E-mail regarding the dispatch of gift dispatch. Whereas I was told that I will receive SMS and E-mail intimation regarding gift dispatch.
This third party who is dispatching the gift on Ebay's behalf is really spoiling the name and brand of ebay because of its very poor service.
Forget about 55 days, I completed 60 days which is max threshold and no information or no response. To top it all, I was a seller on ebay earlier and paid fee in lakhs and being mis-treated this way 😞
eBay is cheating customers by the name of free gifts against purchases. eBay had a monsoon offer earlier this year, on June. I had purchased an item worth 35000 Rupees (with PaisaPay ID 31566703332)which entitles me a gift to choose from a list. I chose my gift and eBay said that the gift will be delivered in 45 days... It means that I should get the gift by august mid. I have been calling eBay customer service since then. Every time they said that eBay said that I will get the gift in 7 days... I have called the customer service around 15 times. Once they gave a fake awb number... it’s been months now and there is no gift or it’s tracking details... I am really fed up calling the customer service...
This is really cheating customers by giving fake notification to customers to buy the items through eBay
Yesterday I was told by customer care that the gift (32 GB transcend pen drive) is dispatched but when I asked about the name of courier company, date of dispatch and AWB number..they were unable to provide it.
This clearly shows that the gift dispatch third party company is not working in a systematic manner,they should have provided me AWB number by SMS or Email after dispatch of the gift.
