Hello,
I purchased a product on 28-Feb and paid online. The product was refunded by seller the same day.
I received a mail from ebay the same day stating that seller has refunded the product and that you shall be refunded within 2-3 working days.
Its 17 days now and I have not received the refund.
I have called customer care 4-5 times. They just keep telling me to wait for 72 hours. It has happened thrice and their 72 hours means 5-6 days as they do not count sat, sun and holidays.
I have submitted my account statement in PDF format 3 times at paisapaydocs@ebay.com and evertime they ask me to wait.
If some ebay official is reading this kindly look into it.
