Item not working!!

hello all...

I brought a gamepad from my regular seller and now it is not working at all.

I am not going to pay if this item is not working...

PLEASE E-BAY HELP!! How do i resolve such problem..Seller sent me correct item, BUT IT IS NOT WORKING. I waited 10 days for item to arrive..and when it did..it is dummy piece.

How does e-bay resolve such cases?

This item is NOT WORKING..Seller has accidentally sent me non-functioning item..i have brought the same item 2-3 times before from the same seller and they've all worked perfect..WELL THIS TIME IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS!!

MEANING I LOST 400 rs over nothing!! wtf..what do i do now? i have messaged the seller and i am thinking about sending him back the product completely and requesting a refund bcoz i dont want exchange as i am afraid that product again will have some problem.I got this item only 2hrs ago
