Dear Sir,
I have purchased an item on 31July, As per Ebay and Paisapay message the seller should ship the item on or before 6th august. Till today I have not received any shipping details from the seller. Contacting the seller on the provided contact no and email is night mare. The seller nor responding to calls and not replying to emails.
Request to ebay team,
Strict instructions to be given to the sellers to have good communciation with the buyers thrugh provided phone no. insted of un answering the calls or switching of the mobiles.
Atleast to check and reply to customer / buyers email on time.
Kindly provide me justice on the above issue.
