Item not recieved

Hi,
Just want to bring to kind notice that i have not yet received the (Velour Sauna Belt:Original AS SEEN ON TV-Lowest Price (7217150564) ) from the seller so called buying_reloaded, Can some one help me on this, this is first time i am facing such problems from EBAY, I have booked the order on 10th February 2006 and today it is 21st March it is more then 1.5 month, On 7 March the seller had send me a message saying item is out of stock and it is arriving on Saturday (I don't know which Saturday) My Question is when he did not have the stock why did he take the order in first place. I think he is the cheater number oneX-(, Can some help me on this matter. You can call me on my cell No : 91 98450 78692.

Dear customer care officer,

I have been regularly buying from rediffmail shopping including the phones, co player with mp3 etc. I have also bought a Sony mp4 player from you and I did not receive the driver for installing the same. I have sent three mails and had not received a response. I am to request you to kindly send me a copy of the installation driver for the Sony mp4 player and oblige. Having bought this from you I am unable to use it or even install the same due to the missing driver. Your kind attention is solicited favorable to receive this driver and oblige.

In case you do not respond please advice me where i could contact regarding the availability of the driver. Your cooperation is solicited and appreciated. Please treat this urgent.

The feed back for the ID phone is excellent and I have no complaint on the same. Looks elegant and performs well too. I might go for few on the same model.

Dear Mr. Rahat,
Please note that Ebay has banned the selling of Sauna Belt and a similar ban has been issued recently for all those sellers who were selling below the TV advertised price of more than Rs.1999 or something throughout the country.

We had the stock and same sells offline also and we have mentioned that it will be sent per availabilty.

However due to the sudden ban of this item by the authorities the stock was delayed for over a month.

There were other buyers who were given the refund by us but you had decided to wait for the item to come.

Please do not use explicit language or defamatory words such as cheater no.1 as you were kept well informed about the status of the product via emails.

With your Rs.475/- we are not going to becomae any richer.

We sell Single products costing more than 1 lac rupees and we have never cheated anybody till date and never intend to do so ever.

If you were having a problem you should have called us like most of the other buyers of the same item did and we could have found a solution together.

Your product has already been shipped via Professional couriers and you should be receiving it by the end of this week.
