Hello Sir. I had ordered an external hard disc through ebay on 24-10-2011, but I didn't receive the item even on the last day 08-11-2011 as it was mentioned. How should I proceed to get my money refunded???

Did the seller add shipping details?If so you should contact the courier.If not,then go to resolution center and enter your complaint.
