Item not received and still no response from the seller. I want refund.

I ordered iBall earphone from protos_brands on 31st May They sent it through DTDC which delivered it to some random guy on the wrong address. I have been asking for them to intervene again and again in order to get me my product at my home but they have not given me any replies.
The worst seller that I have seen on eBay till now, and the worst shopping experience that I have had online.
No other websites take more than 2 days to resolve any issue and you guys have taken more than a week.

I am not in a mood to wait anymore. I need some actions to be taken at least from your end.

i bought an Blackberry torch cover costing Rs. 1600 on 2 May which was delivered to me on 9 May. it was defected having all scratches on it. till today this issue is not solved. they asked me to send picture of the defected item 4 times which i did. finally as per today update i may get refund from seller in coming 15 days...

i just tell you above so you know how much time you need to wait.. and waste your time on this site.

it is really absurd service they provide.
