I ordered a bathroom scale - item no - 320966582643. The order has been placed on 4th Nov 2012.
I have not recieved the item till now.
It was shipped once, and i was not able to take the delivery as I was travelling.
I have been in touch with the seller for about 4 to 5 weeks after, and each time the seller politely informed me that its being shipped. I believed the same.
Only to realise that it was not shipped. The seller while he acknowledged that the item has not been received, is no longer responding to my emails or calls.
Does it mean I have lost my money ?
