I placed order for Nylon Mosquito Net 7' x 7' Safe from all Insects thru PaisaPay ID 32193979325/Item ID:300675004356.
It’s been more than 20 days, I did not receive the item. In fact , expected delivery was 27-Sep-12. So placed a request for refund thru claim number 123397.
Today ebay support called me and said that the item was delivered to the person Krishna on 01/Oct/2012. I replied that I do not know who is Krishna (full name could not recollect), neither my name nor my other family members with that name.
On top of it, no one in my family received the items and my house door was not locked for the while day.
He asked me to contact that unknown person with the name Krishna (full name could not recollect) or courier to pursue further. It was reticulation to contact some unknown person or courier company as they are giving unauthentic information and they will continue to make such a state.
The customer support person said he will close the claim as the item delivered.
I do not understand what made him to think that item delivered and rejected the claim.
Can someone share the ebay escalation matrix to investigate this with real intension to solve the dispute?
