hellow, I am new on ebay and I recently ordered an old edition of time magzine (I was checking whether it works or not). Now the magzine has delivered and seller is messaging me for the payment. I want to pay his money as soon as possible but I dont have any credit card. Debit card of Maestro and mastercard are the only things I have. I tried to pay the money but many errors occured. Now the seller has dropped a claim on me. Is there any other method to avoid the claim? Can I return the magzine and avoid the claim? Please help me guys
