I purchased and paid an item on 5th Jan, 2017. The price of the item was Rs 267 and I used the 15% coupon which I received in email. The seller indicates free deliver in his city which is Mumbai and my delivery address is also Mumbai.
Therefore I got free delivery on this order. One day later on 6th Jan, 2017 the seller cancels the order stating "We do not ship to your location." What kind of trick is this? I have attached a screenshot of the seller page with the proof of the city and free delivery.
Due to this behavior I can't even make use of the 15% coupon from the email and lost my money. Please verify why the seller cannot deliver the item. Also I want my 15% coupon back as clearly this was not fair to me. The delivery of the item was time sensitive for me and I am disappointed in Ebay and by this transaction. The buyer shouldn't be the one being negatively affected on Ebay. This is really sad and disappointing.
