Dear eBay,
This is regarding my order with eBay for Dell Laptop. this story is interested due to 10% discount was given by Citi Bank CreditCard...
my eBay Order was placed & payment done on : 27 Feb 2014 (seller has products with him)
eBay Paisa Pay Sent advise to seller on 28 Feb 2014 (seller doesnot have any products left with him, not informed either the eBay or Customer)
By May 1st or 2nd Buyer (Siva) contacted seller and found that Seller does not have any stock of this product.
I called eBay and asked to cancel the order and refund the money so that I can put order for some other laptop.. (respected eBay customer care told it is highly impossible with eBay systems rules and polices????)
By now everyone knows that this cannot be fixed... why eBay is reluctant to fix customer problem... also seller is not interested to put the cancellation request due to lack of product stock...????
Why eBay is not taking responsibility to cover the loss incurded due to your system???
I called the ebay care on this muliple times..no proper response..other than rasie a complaint with incswebhelp@ebay.com

I know that.. the problem is ..why buyer need to wait more than 10 days even though he knows seller/buyer and eBay knows that this deal cannot be fulfilled...by any ways..
10 days is not a joke.. by this time i can order the same product from different seller or different product from same seller...???

I dont think it takes 10 days to get refund. You will get your refund with in 4-5 days.

i am talking about the total useless time hwich is more than 10 days... by this time i can cover all the shops in chennai city..at least i can see it before buying it and i can go to shop if any issue with the product.
