I bought two items from the seller gmxshop11(Kuldeep Singh of Hissar,Haryana) namely-Eye Bro Trimmer / Hair Remover for Womens(item no-270869791054) and Original Electric Hair Clipper / Trimmer(item no- 270869795197) on 11/12/11 and paid thru paisa pay using my credit card.The items were to be delivered by 23/12/11.But I have not received anything yet.
Tried to track the items according to details provided by seller(Courier name AFL,Airway Bill number 2221140 )-it turns out that the seller has provided fake shipping data.
Tried to contact seller on phone several times-No reply.E-mailed the seller -No reply.
Sent messages to the seller thru ebay-No clarification from the seller and nothing from ebay customer support side!
Tried to open a case thru resolution centre-"I have not received the item" button strangely not working.The page tells me to go to Item received page(the action required page) to file a " Item not received case -Strangely there is no button called "Not Received " on this page.I am given the option of clicking the 'item Received Button" only.(I have taken screen shots of the pages to prove this)So there is no way I can tell ebay that the item has not been received by me.All conveniently arranged to pass on the buck and taking no responsibility.And all that hullabloo about my transactions thru paisa-pay being guaranteed by ebay.Is this the kind of guarantee you give?
On Customer support page when I click the "Contact us" button I'm taken to a page Which gives me two choices.The get quick help choice whereby I can contact ebay on phone is not highlighted and is not available (this is between 8am in the morning to 12pm at night).As I checked several times.So much for the 24 hrs customer support!
