I dont believe this... Adobe Photoshop CS2 Software which is sold for Rs.40,000+ in the market is being sold for Rs.50/-. Seems like eBay is promoting piracy.

I was just dumb-stuck to look at the rates of the softwares, this is just unbelievable.

Is eBay promoting PIRACY!!!

Hi Guys,

How can you judge that CDs are pirated just by looking at their price!!? There are many situations and reasons under which one can sell genuine items at cheaper prices.

What if you get a Xbox-disc as gift from some of ur relative and you dont need it anymore! eBay's the place to get some money of it. Or maybe, u r leaving the country and wanna sell ur PC....what about the softwares....you sell them on eBay.
There are plenty of reasons like this, so plz dont judge sellers by the price of their items!

I'm not arguing that there isn't anyone selling a pirated CD or two, but there are also people who'll always go for the cheaper variety, even when there's a choice. So it depends on the buyers' mentality what they'll buy. If you always look for Genuine items, check out the prices on Amazon.com or company-stores and look for them in that price-range on eBay.
I'm sure you wont go wrong!

Happy New Year!!
BYE!!

Hi Sellers ..

This is a eye opener ...about ebay policy

My listings were removed suddenly without any prior notice...with the following email

Not only that , once it removes without any communication , it send email about the removal of listing to all buyers who become panic and open cases in ebay as well as in paypal...

Each case results in to with drawl of funds being transferred..for example ..for a product of USD 14 , paypal stops your remittance of USD 400 which is the entire combines sales...isnt it funny...

If you have sold a item around 100 numbers and ebay does it , you are sure to get 50 cases popping up...who is responsible for it....

Why dont ebay makes it compulsory to get make this Copy Right Ownsers verify the listing credentials before listing so that there is no need to act in a sudden manner creating a bad feeling amongst buyers toooo

For any complaints received by 3rd party on copy right violation ebay should hold the listing and ask us to provide the proof of purchase and any other documents...

There are 100s of other ebay listings across global ebay sites especially from Ebay USA as which is similar listings but no action being taken till now ..is ebay following discrimination on blacks (Asians and Africans)

The sellers from US and UK can sell all items globally with world wide shipping but when it comes to Indian sellers they are restricted or put hurdles every now and then just to promote US and UK Sellers Interest...

This is my second mail to them for comparisons of listings and i am sure i wont hear anything about these listings
