Is doing Payment by Depositing Money into Seller Account a Violation?

Say, we bought an item from a Running shoe from a Seller on eBay using 'Other' as mode of payment. Paid the Seller by any of below modes/ways. Updated/informed the eBay/Seller that we have paid. Seller confirms our payment. Ships the item to us. We in turn confirms the receipt of item when it reached us.

Anything is invalid or violation?

Payment done:
Case 1: transferred money from our bank account to his bank account.
Case 2: deposited money into his bank account and got the receipt from depositing bank.
Case 3: did a money order to him.
Case 4: sent DD to him.
Case 5: Sent Cheque to him.
Case 6: gave payment to courier agent at dispatch time.

FYI: We are not asking if we are covered under any guarantees or not. We are not asking if a Seller is cheater what happens to us.

Only first method can be considered as violation since you may not have a record slip for the transaction.
Money order is allowed by indian post only
paying courier agent is ok but then you have to make sure that what you received is correct before signing delivery run sheet and Proof of dispatch.

This information is based on my knowledge there may be some loopholes contact customer care (email) before making any such payments

I really did not get what are trying to get at, but replying to your query, if you have paid the seller by "other mode" and have received the item ok then what is the problem, let whatever happen to the seller, it's not our concern.

Modes other than PaisaPay may be unsafe. You are still protected but the protection money is less. Nothing against eBay policy. It is buyer's discretion, either to get full protection or part protection. I dont advice anything. I even take cheque payment from foreign buyers. One must apply brain where to take risk and where not to. Ebay is our teacher. But eBay is not like Mr. Hitler. Ebay is somewhat like Mr. Obama.
