Irresponsible buyer

We received an order from a buyer for the below product - http://www.ebay.in/itm/Hawkins-Classic-Toy-Cooker-/190796264922#ht_711wt_1139

We shipped the product immediately and it was delivered to the destination with the delivery deadline.
Now the buyer complains that this is a toy and he didn't want it. Ofcourse, the item is a toy cooker and not to be used for cooking which is clearly mentioned in the item description.

We also informed the buyer that we could refund the amount if the buyer would send the product back to us incase if the product wasn't opened and used. But he had already opened it. So we refused to accept the return.
But the buyer insists that we sent him the wrong product and gave us a negative feedback saying - "what is that? it is toy. what you understand us? we are foolish?"

We replied to the buyer over message saying it is a toy and he had to read the description before buying. But the buyer still insists we are wrong, for which we are NOT!


We requested the buyer for a revision of feedback, which was declined by the buyer stating the same reason as above and mentioning us being at fault.

What kind of irresponsible buyers are these kind of people, who don't have the courage to admit their mistake.

Moreover, Ebay doesn't allow seller to give a negative feedback for buyers. Nor does Ebay take any action on these kind of transactions.

Is there any process that can be implemented here? Can Ebay help to settle this issue and prove whose fault is it?
