very poor response and not concerned for the customers, no
one should buy through ebay have ordered a samsung
sgi897 phone on 7 feb but the product was not delivered
to me i opened a refund claim regarding this claim id is
171792, and constantly called them more than 10 times for
the refund but nobody replied me on 23 feb they send me
the mail that the claim is approved and refund will be
done in 3 to 4 days but till today refund is not done and
they have not given any refund details so that i could
contact my bank. its near to one month that my money have
been taken by ebay and not refunded this a very bad shopping
side i ever visited i will never suggest anybody to shop
with this side.
