I am a Baazee Super Seller with the id 'musique', and have been trading on baazee for an year. With the due cource of time, instead of increasing the seller support, baazee have detiorated its customer care service. And most of the sellers would agree to it. I wrote several mails to the seler support regarding some issues with the transaction charges and rating review, but baazee never responded to the quiries. And, once in a blue moon, when you receive a reply, what you get is irrelated, incoherrent and junky replies. They dont even read the full email, and never refers to the previous mails.
So, I request baazee to refer to my unreplied mails, and post replies to them ASAP.
