I was warned by my friends from not shopping via eBay and I got to know why.
EBAY uses blue dart which is a totally non reliable and retarded courier service. My product is lying just a few kilometers away and yet not being delivered since days. The customer care guys kept me waiting whole day at home saying the item is out for shipmen and this is still the same case.
How reliable is EBAY ?
With such pathetic logistics I'm pretty sure eBay would go down soon. I won't buy anything from eBay henceforth and I have a lot many options too.
Please ban BLUE DART else you never know when your customer base would be shifted elsewhere.
