Important: Error in Local / National Courier selection

Hi,

I got an order from ravimarneedi (280091957898).

I have specified S & H Fees in the description as below:

Rs. 35.00 : Local Courier - Delivery within seller's city
Rs. 70.00 : National Courier - Delivery outside seller's city

The buyer purchased and paid through PaisaPay, he has selected National Courier and eBay has charged him Rs.35/-.

With the Listing Fee in Mobiles Accessories Category and with low margin.. If this becomes, then whom shall I blame.

I can't ask the buyer Rs.35/- extra as there is no mistake from his or my side.

I also checked in the preferences Allow buyers to edit payment totals under Payment from buyers. Its disabled as before.

I request the eBay team to kindly resolve this issue as soon as fast. ---------------
