i am trying register a claim for below problem but the web site is not generating any complaint number. If I call the toll free they say the web page ok and asking again lodge a claim.
If i write to the customer service it seems they do not read my grivences at all. I get the standard reply to lodge a refund claim.
On 10-10-2015 I received one item out of the two ordered. The received one was also broken. Paise ID:*** item ID:*** Immediately I wrote a complaint to the seller both by email and informed himover phone.
