I have purchased Samsung Omnia w from your site. After buying immediately i called seller and requesting him to send the shipment through speed Post because here we are facing many problems regards courier companies and seller was ready in this matter. But still seller through TNT Courier service. I was waiting for the phone for about a week but i didn't receive it, i contacted TNT Customer care regarding this, they told me that it is a govt.issue and it will take much time. After that i received a mail from Ebay whether i received the phone or not, if not then click on 'Item not received' and i did
the same. After a day i receive a phone call from TNT Jammu of paying some kind of entry tax at Jammu. jammu is more than 300 km from my location. I told him that it is imposible i can not pay at Jammu. Then i called TNT Customer service and told him where to pay the tax,
he told me that it is an govt. issue and i have to wait. But i was in need of phone so i buy another one. After two days when i feel no response i claimed for refund. From that day i was waiting for your call which i receive 24/02/2012, i told everything to your customer service
ex. Seller told me to pay for the tax and he will refund my money the situation was then resolved. But after few minutes of the conversation, ebay again call me and told that seller is not ready to pay back now and Iam rejecting your claim. then I paid the entry tax at tnt srinagar office. It is almost a month now from the day of order. The phone price is also lowerd. I didn't see my fault anywhere and have not recieved the shipment till today.Pls verify.
