Ebay is Incompetent in my professional opinion. Trying to talk to their support person in India about some American history name was "very educating"; I can get along better in my travels to Central American on medical missions without knowing the language.

My experience also speaks the same where It supports the seller and the consumer is suffered. They used the loopholes of the technology and makes people fool where the recent experience I met with - They wanted me to upload any document of the item not working where I attached the image of the RAM, how can I put the picture of not working of it and which made them to say I could not attach any relevant document and cancelled my claim. Its amazing to see as calling to the customer care I was made believe to have some good results from them whereas very disappointed with them.
