I've found a 99% correct way to stop fraud buying of 'BUY IT NOW' items!

Friends, every morning we the sellers wake up to an unpleasant surprize; that our 'Buy it now' item has been clicked as purchased by a Nigerian fraud with false Indian ID. An Email accompanies it telling all sort of stories and asking us to give all our details and then ship our product to Nigeria to one imaginary friend of his (he himself who else!)
EBAY has no particular way to stop it, I know. So it should give us the sellers a chance to stop it. Make it like this:
When a buyer with no feedback score clicks on our 'Buy it now' item, instead of delisting that item as 'sold' and charging the final value fee from us, the EBAY should send us a message that so and so buyer wants to purchase your item, are you ready to sell it to him? That the purchaser is a new registered and/or having no feedback rating.
Now this leaves it to the genious of the seller to guess about the genuine-ness of the buyer and so you can be 99% sure about the success of the deal.
Problem solved for both the seller and the EBAY to cancel the deals and all the headache. Yours always

M/s bay_jyoti,Thanks for accepting my views.Yesterday, i received a letter from a Nigerin`s Friend who is Living in England N wants a shipment to Nigeria (Africa).Thanks to Ebay for blocking this member within two days of Ending the auction.This not only saved Time but also money.I appretiate the Action taken by Ebay by Blocking the Fraud Nigerian buyer.But everyday is not Sunday, we should be careful N inform these Nigerian Fake Buyers.By the way bay_jyoti, your views are very unique N should be accept by Ebay.Again thanks for appretiating my Views.

This system can be used with a automatic IP tracker to determine wether the buyer really is from India or not. If not only then the order can be put on hold and ebay can then verify the buyer before allowing him to palce an order.

This can work. As i have several times tracked the ip of nigerian emails- they are either from Nigeria Or US. So if the IP of the buyer shows he is not from India the order can be placed on hold untill verification is compalted.

bay_jyoti THE THING YOU HAVE SAID IS JUST SAME LIKE HOW BUYER BLOCK WORKS ON EBAY.IN,BUT I STILL THINK INSTEAD OF DOING ALL THIS EBAY MUST VERIFY BUYERS IDENTITY BEFORE MAKING THEM A EBAYER.
