I realised i got fake product : paypisa releaased money to seller now

I bought an iteam NOKIA BH-214 STEREO BLUETOOTH HEADSET WARRANTY from onestopjupiter on 29-Jul-2010 and he sent faulty one and sent back to him now he sent me other product than mentioned and i left the feedback as positive after second day it is not working and i realised it and search in the internet and found this product is a fake product. now what action i can request from ebay on the seller?? pls can anybody suggest me ? Good that you have kept the ebay community informed. Please file case in "ebay guarantee program" and claim for the refund of your payment ASAP.

ebay is way too slow. The contact us, help sections never open up. I tried to buy an article online with credit card and also online banking and no luck. It does not give reasons for failure..there is no way to contact the people...the buying experience is pathetic.
