How can my claim request has been rejected. you have closed it by your own , You have not confirmed it to me before close this claim.
I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay,I am a regular customer of Ebay ,i have been purchaisng laptops, phones and other items , this time  I had purchaseda Intex clous power+  for which I received damaged item
I have discussed it to your executive, and raised a complaint against it. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes so many days to process the request or complaint. 
you have just sent me a defective item . Screen is not working properly. I can not charge the phone with its Charger and Ear phones are not working.
I visit the Intex service centre , they said that they will not responsible for this and items could be repaired only one by one ( 3 months later) .


Kindly refund my amount .
