I paid through Paisa pay but not received a receipt

I purchased Digital video camea(Item 150145668869) for Rs.6448(5999+201+248VAT) bil no 000038240758(got from bank) from veedee direct on 29/07/07 through Paisapay online transfer.

But still I have not received a receipt of my money

I am quite worried for my money.

Hello Sir,

The phone banking facility of ICICI bank is available only till 9 p.m.

I will call ICICI bank tomorrow and confirm your payment by 12 noon.

We get our bank statemtents ususally by 4 p.m daily by email. However I will call up phone banking and verify your payment.

Hello,

We have received a cash deposit of Rs.6450/- in our account from Pune.

Hopefully that amount is the one which you are reffering to.

However to verify that the payment has been made by you, you will have to fax / email us a copy of the pay in slip. Please include your ebay id and item number when you fax / mail us the copy of the pay in slip.

The mail id and fax number have already been emailed to you.

Hello,

Based on our teleconversation and email exchange, it seems your payment has failed.

This happens sometimes in online payments. You bank account has been debited but the site's account has not been credited.

You can either take up the issue with your bank or with ebay via the following link:

ebay.com -> help -> contact us -> paisapay and than choose the appropriate question.

We will also take up the issue with our account manager for an easier resolution.
