I ordered Dermatch product 45 days but still not received

I ordered Dermatch product through eBay 45 days ago.Still I didn't receive it,requested for refund nothing happened.

Dont trust this websites and do online purchases.

You have up to 45 days from end of auction to file an item not received dispute. If you waited past the deadline, you cannot file.

However, you may be able to file if your payment was funded with a credit card. You will need to contact your credit card company on how to do a chargeback.
